Health Insurance eCommerce
I was the sole UX Designer in a team of 10. We were tasked with building a full eCommerce experience for new and existing Premera customers who would be shopping for health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage. Many considerations for this project revolved around the upcoming implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
The outcome
My involvement in the project ended prior to product release. All existing work was handed over to Premera.

This is a set of early stage wireframes representing pieces of the product search, results, and product comparison pages
A partial mockup of the landing page that both new and existing customers would see deciding to seach for Premera products
This wireframe shows the method designed to collect basic information before being able to display products
The search results are displayed in a format that is recognizable and easy to navigate for customers who have shopped on commonly used eCommerce websites
