Agilysys has been a player in Hotel Management software for a long time. This project is a way to modernize the various ways that hotel property employees interact with their customers. It allows for quicker property customization, more guest personalization, and a way forward for complete integration with other software throughout the property.

My role in this project was to digest business and technical requirements, design user interactions, and provide wireframes & click-through prototypes for all parts of the software.

The software has been given very high marks by people across the hotel industry for ease of navigation, information density (while avoiding overload), and an overall intuitive interface that encourages exploration without punishing users for taking a wrong turn.

Customer Advisory Boards, Internal Advisory Boards, and Usability studies have helped to validate design decisions and provide paths forward for future iterations.
